Use of this website

You may browse, reference and share content published on this site for legitimate business evaluation. You may not scrape it at scale, republish it as your own, or use it to train models without written permission.

Content accuracy

Service descriptions, outcome figures, cost ranges and timelines published here are indicative and drawn from delivered engagements. They are not offers, quotations or guarantees. Binding commitments appear only in a signed statement of work.

Intellectual property

  • Site content, brand assets and design system remain the property of KoderClub Technologies Pvt. Ltd.
  • Deliverables produced under a client engagement — source code, infrastructure-as-code, documentation, prompts and evaluation sets — are assigned to the client on the terms set out in the engagement agreement.
  • Pre-existing KoderClub frameworks and internal tooling are licensed to the client for use within the delivered system.

Engagement terms

  • Engagements are governed by a master services agreement plus a statement of work defining scope, milestones and acceptance criteria.
  • Change requests are scoped and priced in writing before execution.
  • Support and AMC terms, response times and escalation paths are defined per SLA schedule.

Confidentiality

We treat client systems, data and commercial information as confidential and will sign your NDA or provide ours before detailed discovery. Case studies and portfolio entries are published only with client consent or in anonymised form.

Warranties

Delivered work carries a defect warranty period defined in the statement of work. Beyond that period, corrective work is provided under an AMC or support agreement. The website itself is provided on an as-is basis without warranty.

Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, our aggregate liability arising from an engagement is limited to the fees paid under the relevant statement of work. We are not liable for indirect, incidental or consequential losses, including loss of profit or data, except where caused by wilful misconduct.

Third-party services

Solutions may integrate third-party platforms, cloud providers and model APIs. Those services are governed by their own terms, and their availability and pricing are outside our control.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of India, with courts in Ahmedabad, Gujarat having jurisdiction, unless a signed engagement agreement specifies a different governing law and venue for GCC clients.
