How accurate is the project cost estimator?

The estimator uses real delivery bands from KoderClub engagements in India, the UAE and the GCC. Each project type asks only the questions that actually move its price, so a brochure website is never priced like an ERP. Expect an indicative range — typically within 15–20% of the final fixed proposal once scope is confirmed in a scoping call.

Which currency are the estimates shown in?

Estimates are anchored in Indian Rupees, our base delivery market, and shown in your local currency — INR, AED, SAR, QAR, OMR, BHD, KWD or USD — using our regional delivery rates. Commercial proposals are issued in whichever currency suits your entity.

What is included in the estimate?

Discovery, UX and design, engineering, integrations, QA, deployment and go-live support for the scope you select. Third-party licences, paid media, content production and hardware are quoted separately.

How is maintenance priced?

Annual maintenance and support is quoted as 15–20% of the build value per year, covering updates, monitoring, minor enhancements and an agreed response SLA. It is optional and always shown separately from the build cost.
