What you will do
Responsibilities
- Run discovery with operational users and translate workflows into interfaces
- Extend and maintain the KoderClub enterprise design system
- Validate designs against WCAG AA and real device constraints
What we look for
Requirements
- Portfolio of complex B2B or internal-tool design work
- Fluency in design systems, tokens and component thinking
- Ability to work directly with engineers in code-adjacent workflows
